Redirected my feed :(

I did a stupid thing and accidentally redirected my feed from feedburner to feedpress. My subscribers did not transfer over so now I am wondering if there is any way to get my feedburner url back with the subscribers?! I feel like such a loser and I know it says on the site that "This feed is permanently redirecting to source feed." I wish I hadn't done it and now I need help. Is there any way possibly to undo this? Thanks.
