remotestorage.js 0.8.2 is here!

This is mostly a scheduled end-of-the-month release:

However, it's got some nice bugfixes packed into it:

- size reduced by almost 25%, to 34K minified, gzipped
- fixes issues with non-ASCII characters in item names
- fixes unnecessary polling of documents whose entry in the parent
directory did not change
- widget fixes
- already compatible with the upcoming remotestorage-02 spec
