Release notice, and I will be away

Hi,

I am planning to do the 1.25.1 release relatively soon (e.g. in about 10
days) after I receive important updates I know are coming from Ahmed,
Mahmoud, and Amid, plus additional PRs from the UCOSP students.

We have had a lot of commits over the last 6 weeks so I think when the
expected updates come in it would be a good time for a new baseline.

I will be away from the middle of tomorrow until the 25th ... please avoid
emailing me in that time. I will not have my computer with me. If there is
an urgent message, preface the subject line with 'urgent', but don't
expect any fixes until I return.
