I think it has to do with case sensitive file names.

The build is fixed. We have a commented out test for a missing file due to SCXMImport_empty.ump being seen as the same as ScxmlImport_empty.ump (and hence wasn't properly renamed). Once the updated ScxmlImport_empty.ump is added back (Warren is on is) we can uncomment the test.
