New release of Umple 1.23.0

Hi,

I have Just done the 'release' of Umple.

You will need to do a first-build to get the compilation to work.

Note: The Eclipse plugin did *not* build (building it has been disabled).
Could Miguel and Kevin and others who know the Eclipse plugin please
re-enable building in the build scripts and let me know when it is done. I
will then update the release with the Eclipse plugin. It is the holidays
soon, so I know this may need to waut for January.
