Build status is OK (mostly)

Hi,

I sent an email yesterday to not pull.

With Kevin's help we resolved the outstanding problem and it is OK to do
so now, but you will need to do a 'first-build' since some of the build
files have changed.

There remains a minor issue on the cc build server in that every second
pull it makes fails unless a first-build is done. We will deal with that;
it shouldn't bother you.
