New umple examples repository (final URL TDB, temporary URL umpr.a4word.com)

Thank you to Kevin Brightwell for spearheading the umple examples repository.

We have setup an "umpr" UI to visualize the examples that we scrape from various sources and maintain them in a git repository (so that we can mine the changes over time, both how the versions of the models change, and how the umple aplication changes.

We just launched this AM, so there will be a few integration kinks, but have a look around.

Umpr is available at http://umpr.a4word.com for now, Tim has also added a redirect as http://umpr.umple.org (subject to change).

As Andrew said, there are some integration kinks. I'd appreciate if you find any issues to report them here: https://github.com/umple-ucosp/umpr.ui/issues
