Umlaut 4.1.4

There have been a few fairly minor bugfixes to Umlaut since 4.1.0.

The latest in 4.1.4, works around a bug in Rails that prevented an
Umlaut app from properly recovering if the MySQL database became
temporarily unavailable but then returned. That's probably worth an
upgrade to 4.1.4, it doesn't happen often, but when it does it's not
good when your app can't recover without a restart.

Also, if anyone is still using ruby 1.9.3 or Rails 3.2, I strongly
encourage you to upgrade to Rails 4.2 and ruby 2.2.2 as soon as you can.
Those older versions of ruby and Rails are old, and future versions of
Umlaut will drop support for them.
