Packages of Packages or Starter Kits or Nuget-style packages?

Its very possible I missed something along the way, but is it possible to create our own Starter Kits or "Packages of Packages"?

We have a few of our own "Starter Kits" that are just sites that we backup and re-inflate when we start a new project. However, it would be nice to have something we simply install into the latest version off of CodePlex.

I remember hearing something about using Nuget for packages like v5. Is that a possibility or in the works?

Jason, it sounds like you requirements is the same as the feature request I have added to the tracker - U4-93 Create and Install Package Bundles
