Ok
I'm using Pentoo and GQRX
I can save signal to wav file
how do I decode the wav file into something useful
I believe I can use rtl_sdr plus minimodem.
not sure of command line.

I know that is possible decode in live using alsamixer
If you use gentoo I suppose that you aren't a beginner.
