Thanks for your input. Any suitable upconverter product available in market you want to suggest or any available circuit i could home brew.

The RTL 2832 will not tune frequencies lower than ~52MHz, in order to receive below this limit you need to put an upconverter in front of the RTL 2832 in order to heterodyne these frequencies into the frequency range the RTL 2832 can tune.Christopher
