r820t documentation

Hello,
I asked RafaelMicro for some documentation and they promptly and kindly
sent me the attached pdf containing the registers map for r820t2 chip that
should apply at r820t too. I'm sharing it here.

Hello Luigi.

Thanks for sharing this. 

I found many versions of rtl lib on github with different coverage of filters and other settings. 

Hopefully there's one that covers all of them and could be checked if necessary leveraging this doc.

I'm currently moving to a new home so everything is packaged now but hope to be able soon to have a deeper look and possibly resume my radio-astronomy experiments also using this new info.
