Hi guys and thank you for your time. My name is Joe and I downloaded the Ukelele program because my g keys and at mark keys don't work anymore (due to a spill), so I figured if I created a custom keyboard layout and mapped those keys to other keys, I could use them when I need to. I did everything the tutorial said, but when I install the keyboards, they appear in the 'other' section of keyboards in system preferences as just 'US copy' or 'untitled'... this isn't really a problem because I can see in the preview that they are the custom keyboard layouts I created.. it's just weird and may have something to do with my problem. My problem is that once I select my custom keyboards, and then when I switch to them in the upper right hand corner of my mac... none of the keys will type anything. I've tried installing them from the menu and manually in the keyboard layouts folder and as a 'keyboard layout' and 'keyboard layout bundle' (because I don't know the difference) with no effect. Please someone help me. It's much appreciated!!
