Normal person.
Not harming anyone.
Yet some people want to ban this.

Why?

Carrying a medium-sized dog in a basket on the handlebars of a bike?

What could possibly go wrong?

The dog seemed to be used to it and under control.
Why do you feel the need to control other people who are not hurting you.

Epitome noun 1.a person or thing that is a perfect example of a
particular quality or type.

I suppose it is a perfect example of a cyclist - completely Dagenham.

No normal person rides a push bike.

They are holding up traffic in one of those stupid ASL things.

Not ban, severely regulate.

Because cyclists are road lice.

3 stops beyond Barking or some such.
You need to get some new material.

Let me guess, your next gag will be about the UK switching to driving on the right.
Something to do with Lorries on Monday and cars on Tuesday.

20 years too late and not funny even then.

Clearly the dog should have been fitted with lights, not to do so is
just victimising the poor hard-done-by motorists.

Here we have a normal person going about their daily business.
No need for a motorised womb.

I love it!
Some people just cannot bear the vague thought that other people are
having more fun than they are, and so insist that 'there must be a law
against it'.

Oh lots. Other people on bikes are shown - two have drop handlebars so they
can't see further ahead than their front wheel, another is using a gps
device to try and set a personal best: worse, there is an evil law breaker
that has dangerously crossed the solid line causing motorists for miles
around (and on other planets, even) to fret about their paintwork; such
contempt for the law is just a small step from a serial killer, don't you
know.

Miss what?

you wanted someone to ask you what you meant by 'completely Dagenham'
Then you smugly reply it's another level of madness beyond Barking.

Not very original and rather sad.

No I didn't. Anyone of average intelligence already knows.

You never mentioned Barking.

Are you a train spotter as well as a car spotter?

Correct. I didn't. There was no need to. Sorry, I made the mistake of
assuming you were of average intelligence, not severely below.
