Cyclist approaches roundabout and swerves to the right, shoving his arm out to indicate because bikes don't have real indicators. Car smashes into bicycle as cyclists didn't bother giving any warning, after all, sticking his arm out for too long would make him lose his balance. Driver gets blamed for not giving cyclist the right to turn right.
