Put another way, the UK government will spend the equivalent of two pints
of milk per person, on cycling in 2020.
Compare this with the almost five hundred billion spent on roads for cars -
none of which are funded by psychopaths. Indeed, another example of when
cyclists subsidize psychopaths.
