The RSCB continue to claim that they represent the interests of us all
and continue to press for us all to join them.

Therefore, we all have an interest to know that any monies that we might
put their way are dealt with in an appropriate way.

Firstly, what is the outcome of the Peter Kirby affair? Have criminal
charges
been pressed? Has there been an attempt to dissemble matters? Has the
money been repaid? More than enough time has now elapsed on this
matter for answers to be forthcoming.

Secondly, what is the progress on the garden shed in Bletchley Park? The
RSCB press releases have intimated that the project might have had to be
abandoned, and the money written off. So, what is happening there?

WELL ?????

Do they wish to attract members, or no?

No, I'm not a member of the RSCB. I used to be, but I resigned in disgust
in 1988.

However, you seem to have missed the point (or are deliberately ignoring the
point
and trying to change the subject as is the wont of all representatives of
the RSCB
who post here?), which I expressed as ...

No, it's a members club. Those who are members are told by the DRM's and
the RM's if they ask.

From the recent discussions between you and others in this NG, perhaps
it was more a matter of a bottle-in-front-of-me rather than a frontal
lobotomy?

Are you really that poorly informed and out of touch? Have you alienated
yourself that much from your local radio amateurs by your actions that
no one will speak to you? Do you really not know anyone who is a member
of the RSGB and is prepared to tell you? They have access to all the
answers by phone to either a Board member or RM/DRM!

If you were really that interested in what the RSGB does you could even
have stood for the Regional Managers post in your area yourself this
month had you been a member. No, quite right, much easier to howl at the
moon! Those that can do, those that can't criticise!

Why not answer the questions instead of side-stepping them by resorting to
silly infantile remarks?

A nonsense reply. If you suggest that I ask a member, then I put the
questions
to you

You can put it. I suspect that since Len is only bound by teh requirements
of common decency he would do what I would and tell an abusive person to go
away.

You could of course just phone Brian which is what I did to find out
originally, but I rather suspect that doing that would get you into even
more bother.

The only infantile remarks seem to be coming from you I'm afraid.

Yet again you are in capable of telling the difference between in
inconvenient truth and an infantile remark.

Because I chose not to, its not your money. Its no secret, there must be
literally thousands of members who now know the up to date situation
regarding this affair and they seem to agree its a issue that is the
member's concern and have no wish to discuss it with non members on this
NG. That must really tick you off!

It's not your money and I choose not to tell you. If another member
wishes to pass on the information that's up to them. The fact none has
given you the information suggests the low esteem they hold you in.
Another inconvenient truth not an infantile remark!

Because I choose not too, it's not your money. Members can ask any
questions they wish by phone to a Board member or their DM/DRM. A
number on here have confirmed they have and been given asnwers to all
they questions they have raised.

Why resort to side-stepping with infantile remarks?

Well, it certainly won't be my money and neither will it be the money
of those whom you might hope to recruit.

You give yourself away there. It is no skin off my nose but your attitude
and the attitude of your fellow representatives can only hasten the decline
of the RSCB which will be a good thing.

Why resort to side-stepping with infantile remarks?

They are not infantile remarks and if you were adult enough you would
know that.

Your loss.

They are not infantile remarks and if you were adult enough you would
know that. Do you dispute that you are held in low esteem by many radio
amateurs not just some on here?
