Would I have any standing under the
Protection of Animals Act 1911, if I wanted to
prosecute regarding the inept and damaging
handling of the UK Foot and Mouth situation ?

Especially regarding the dismissle of the vaccination
option. Although it's dismissle may have more to do with
confusion it has certainly a lot to do with money; surely the
very circumstances that the Animal act was set up to protect
animals from ?

I draw your attention especially to the terms;

"omitting to do any act",
and,
"omission of any act"

(Protection of Animals Act 1911, Section 1.1.a

0Amendments.htm )

You will never get a sensible reply to anything which criticises the RSPCA.

The attitude of solicitors and lawyers and of magistates is one of "Oh! it's the RSPCA , they can
do no wrong" and if they want it they get it.

People are summonsed under the Act of 1911 and the automatic advice of the solicitor is "Plead
guilty, you will only get a caution and small fine," and they walk out of the court with a hefty
fine and costs in the thousands.

There is a need for a Solicitor and Barrister who are willing to commit professional suicide by
asking a few questions about the legality of the seizures of animals. Legality from the point of
the Police as well as the RSPCA. Of course it might not be suicide it could be the making of a
high flying rather than mediocre career. Any volunteers?, I doubt it. You will all stuff your
heads in the sand and leave it to the few that are doing their best at the moment.

Things must be wrong when some people get together and form a National Helpline for people having
problems with the RSPCA. Its a pity that some you who shout and pontificate all the time cannot
ring it and offer your help rather than sitting back and saying "Oh! It's the RSPCA they can do no
wrong" Just in case any of you have got the gumption, the phone number is
0870 0726689

For those of you with unduly suspicious minds, I am nothing to do with the Helpline, I just have
very strong feelings and if I had the necessary legal qualifications I would volunteer my services.

I was thinking more of drawing attention to how animals
have been treated throughout the FMD 'situation'.

This may well include similiar mistreatments to the one's
allegedly by the RSPCA - i'll ring the number, thanks.

I've just been very disturbed by how easily most people
have given in to the confusions of FMD. If these animals
can be treated like this _then_so_can_we_ ....

WE ARE ALL ALL ANIMALS

ps. just to keep this clear. I am not a conspiracy theorist, but I do
believe that sometimes there is a /social/ conspiracy, born of
ignorance, that tries to avoid uncomfortable truths. Everyone feels
much better when the truth comes out though :-)
