Gear pump extruded

How about a hybrid pellet extruded that melts pellets and extrudes them into a filament feeding the print nozzle we could use a gear pump to push the melted plastic into a filament die then into a boudin tube to the printer

Good luck with that.

Also, it's 'Bowden' not 'boudin', unless you are actually planning on involving sausage in this process.
