Why are my accounts not being added to the chain

I have 2 test instances of twister that I have created 2 accounts on, over the last 2 days I have been trying to update these accounts with additional data but they are ne being added to the chain. The accounts are reported as available.

Why do I use Lantern and freedon....., it can not be updated, this is my
question?
