Multiple parties in the water from multiple over turned boats.
Smiths Bay and Lafayette Bay incidents on ME Tac 1 covered by Hennepin Sheriffs Water Patrol. Lower Lake incident being covered by boats form Long Lake, Mound, and Wayzata Fire on ME TAC 2. --
