Hi All you policy nerds,

The University of Minnesota is holding it's 32nd annual Policy Conference on October 12th on UMN's St. Paul Campus. From the website:

About the Conference

The conference provides an opportunity for individuals involved in policy work to explore major questions facing Minnesotans through a number of lenses: research and analysis, policy design and implementation, and evaluation and refinement. Participants will be able to take lessons learned in areas such as analysis, design, and evaluation to their own policy work.

Who Should Attend

The conference brings together people involved in informing, designing, and developing policy impacting Minnesotans, including individuals in government, education, business or nonprofit organizations; students of all ages; or others interested in Minnesota’s future.

---

This year's conference will include a panel discussion about civic tech and open data, focused on how to sustain civic technology and open data developments and further integrate them into the regular operation of governments.

If you work in or are interested in policy, you'll definitely want to checkout this conference. Registration is currently open, with early bird pricing ($175) available until September 28th.

Cheers,
Bill
