Hi Everybody,
Another 4th Tuesday is coming up, which means another OTC Meetup! This month, Steven Clift is dropping by to talk about Poplus, an international open source project and community that's establishing standards to enable civic technologies to work together, and building shareable civic-tech code. As always, everybody is welcome, so please come to learn, discuss, design, and build.
