HELP WITH BIG PROJECT

I'm fooling around with Twine version 1.4.1 and i was wondering two things:

how can i center the texts?

how can i use a background image?

how can i put dynamic music?

i'd like to create something like this http://welshpixie.com/bakerstreet/, with the block of text in the center, the background and the music.

Someone can help me?
