Hello,
Thanks for your reply.
I am reading the files in BVEP/stan , I saw many models about BVEP in the Stan folder, but I found that they were somewhat different. so I have a few questions to ask for your help.
In BVEP/stan/BVEP1_seeg_noncentered_reparam.stan, the transformed parameters block is shown in the figure below:
but in BVEP/stan/BVEP_source_noncentered.stan, the transformed parameters block is:
1. I don't know what eigen_vec is, why it is used in BVEP1_seeg_noncentered_reparam.stan?
2. The initial values of these parameters are also different.
For example, K=Ks+0.1*K_star , Why multiply by 0.1?These parameters are different from those in pymc3 . offset=0.0+offset_star in BVEP_source_noncentered.stan,but offset=10+offset_star in BVEP1_seeg_noncentered_reparam.stan .Are these parameter values adjusted by different data? so I don't quite understand it.
3. in BVEP1_seeg_noncentered_reparam.stan, the model block is shown in the figure below:
here x[i, t+1] = x[i, t] + dt*dx,but in
BVEP_source_noncentered.stan, x[i, t+1] = x[i, t] + dt*dx +sqrt(dt)*x_eta[i, t]*sig. So, which method should I use?
If you can help me solve these puzzles, I will be very grateful!
