SAXReaderNotAvailable

Hello, I'm new to using turbgears, whenever I use gearbox to quickstart a project I get the error xml.sax._exceptions.SAXReaderNotAvailible: no parsers found. 

I'm following the tutorial here: http://turbogears.readthedocs.io/en/latest/turbogears/wiki20.html

any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.

How did you install Python? Looks like it's missing expat support. Probably reinstalling Python with expat will solve the issue.
