Is there an expectation of a release for 10.10.4 support?

I'm assuming some of the network issues I'm seeing are horribly familiar of life before Yosemite......

Now scratching my head to remember if Tunnelblick was implicated, or it was all Apple's fault, but they've (deliberately) regressed, and the old bugs are back for us :(
