"Cannot start openVPN" error after high Sierra upgrade

Anyone know what might be going on here, since High Sierra upgrade?
Many thanks for any pointers!

When I try to connect to the VPN I get:
Tunnelblick was unable to start OpenVPN to connect (username@domain) For details, see the log in the VPN Details… window

And the log says:
