Digital Signature is Invalid

I have updated to the Beta version of TunnelBlick in anticipation of the Mac OS update. Yesterday when I started TunnelBlick, I got the error:

This copy of Tunnelblick has been tampered with (the digital signature is invalid).

Please check with the provider of this copy of Tunnelblick before using it.

I re-installed it and it did not complain again. Today after rebooting, now I have the same message.

The log looks absent of anything relevant:

How can I debug this?

 I also rebooted my laptop today and I got a digital signature invalid dialog box.

 I have  10.11.6 and 3.6.7beta04(build4601)

Tunnelblick releases are available for download that address this issue. When the update servers are ready Tunnelblick will start seeing them, but you can download them now.

I just got this message using Tunnelblick as well using version 3.7.7 running on Mojave 10.14

Then after clicking continue I get this message:

easy-rsa installation failed: Could not find easy-rsa version information in Tunnelblick.app

I notice the following errors  for Tunnelblick process in Console utility app:

* Unable to load Info.plist exceptions (eGPUOverrides)

* AEGetDescData of non-desc type 'reco' not a good idea

* Scheduling the NSURLDownload loader is no longer supported.

Let me know how I can help debug this or if you think my copy of Tunnelblick is not good?

Please download a fresh copy of Tunnelblick 3.7.7 from the Downloads page, and verify the download. Then try to install it by double-clicking on the Tunnelblick icon.

Yes, I had done that originally (compare sha256 sum vs expected result).  I just downloaded fresh copy and its identical sha256 as my prior download of same copy I installed 2 weeks ago.  They are valid copies of the software.  I simply just ran install again and chose to replace existing copy.  So far things seem to be working - will report back if anything changes.
