Can't connect to OpenVPN Server

Hi everybody, i can't connect to my server on mac. There's no problem with connection on iOS or Android, because of the enabled option "Force AES-CBC ciphersuites". But without this option enabled, it's impossible to connect. So how to find option "Force AES-CBC ciphersuites" on tunnelblick? Thanks!

"Force AES-CBC ciphersuites" seems to be an iOS system setting. I don't know what it does. Tunnelblick itself doesn't have anything to do with encryption (which I assume this is about) so you should consult with OpenVPN experts. Perhaps they can tell you how to modify your OpenVPN configuration file to get the same effect:
