IP address not changed after connection to Vetgear R9000 VPN

I see several posts about this but have not found a solution.  I am waiting on Netgear support as well.  Was hoping you might be able to help.  My log is below.

Do I need to provide anything else in order to get help?  Realized I only gave logs and wasn't sure if you needed more.

So far they are unresponsive.  Can you see anything in the logs as to what the issue might be?

Does the TUN and TAP being set to TCP vs UDP ports have anything to do with it?

It might -- again, you'd have to talk to Netgear support. You could try the latest Tunnelblick beta and different versions of OpenVPN within Tunnelblick, but Netgear are the experts in connecting to their equipment.
