Hello,

Is it possible to use the Tunnelblick program via a proxy connection? If so, how would I do it?

Tunnelblick itself doesn't know about or do anything about proxies.

I believe you can set up OpenVPN to work with a proxy, so I suggest you consult sources of OpenVPN information:
