Two problems, the VPN reconnects every 30 sec and no internet connection

I just installed a VPN Server on my Synology NAS and I´m using Thunderblick to connect my MacBook Air to it but I wont work.

For some reason the VPN reconnects every 30 sec or so and I cant get out on the internet. I have tried to change the DNS-servers in the MacOS-settings and settings for the VPN but it doesnt work.

During the short while the VPN reconnects all works fine.

Does anyone have an idea of whats wrong? I´m very new to this kind of thing.
