Hello, I receive the attached window any time I connect to any configuration. Connection goes through and everything works, but can someone translate the message.  What needs to be done with my configurations? I'm running Mac High Sierra

It means what it says. Your configuration file contains options that work with current versions of OpenVPN but will not work in a future version of OpenVPN which will be included in a future version of Tunnelblick.

So you should get your configurations updated before that happens.

To do that, you may to contact your VPN service provider. That is the organization which gave you your configuration files, and perhaps a username and password, and to which you are probably paying a fee for VPN service. For more information, please see  Getting VPN Service.

Tunnelblick is just the free software that many VPN service providers recommend or supply to their customers. We do not provide VPN service, just software.
