openvpn sock management and options

I have my VPN client set up on Mac OS with official openvpn client. I want to play with configuration a bit and decided to play with tunnelblick.

This connection asks for username and password and then for OTP from google authenticator.

So far I've found configuration template at /Library/Application Support/OpenVPN/profile/myconf.ovpn. It has CA and a few setenv directives. So I've taken a look at a process list and here's what I've found (some data replaced): 

openvpn --errors-to-stderr --log /Library/Application Support/OpenVPN/log/<some>.log --remote-ip-hint <some_ip> --config stdin --auth-nocache --management /Library/Application Support/OpenVPN/sock/ovpn-<some>.sock unix --management-hold --management-client --management-query-passwords --management-query-remote --management-up-down --management-client-user root --allow-pull-fqdn --auth-retry interact --push-peer-info --setenv UV_ASCLI_VER <some> --setenv UV_PLAT_REL <some> --connection-timeout 6

Is there any way to reproduce this with tunnelblick?
