Request: Dark Mode Menu Support

The menu bar icon for Tunnelblick does not currently support the “dark mode” introduced in OS 10.10. The icon always appears black and is therefore not visible when in dark mode. 

The fix is to replace the icon with a new one that is a simple black/white/transparent image in an NSStatusItem object, following Apple’s guidelines here: https://developer.apple.com/library/mac/releasenotes/AppKit/RN-AppKit/#10_10DarkMenus

Please include this in the next update, as it’s a pretty simple fix and lots of us use Dark Mode. Thanks.
