How to use OAuth Token?

Hi all , 

i want create a winform application useing vb.net . and i use my consumer key , consumer secret , and get a Token , 

and then , how to use it ?

for example:

if i want to create a new Article as below , the official says use the OAuth , but howto?

api.tumblr.com/v2/blog/testblog/post
