Request rate limit removal

hello, I'm trying to develop a app for tumblr, so I register a app.
After that I realize there's a rate limit for newly registered app.
So, I click the ' Request rate limit removal' Link to unlock my app's request limit.
But, after send a mail with my Gmail account, this message comes to me.
