Using dashboard in a chrome extension

Hi!

I'm developing a chrome extension, where on a new tab page I'm listing out my dashboard images via an authenticated Tumblr API call. Am I allowed to do that legally, if  later on I would like to submit the chrome extension to the store? 

In the Application Developer and  API License Agreement paragraph 3/d I saw that the re-implementation of a user dashboard is permitted " but may create specialized views of Content from blogs followed by a user". My page would display my dashboard in a "read-only" way, no user interactions are allowed and I would mark the author and the source of the image.

Am I allowed (legally) to use the Tumblr API for implementing an extension like this?
