Freeze of the repositories

Hi,

It is time to freeze the repositories to prepare the 2.2 release.
The release is planned for October 24th.
Please test and report/fix issues you find.

@translators you can update the translations, there will be no more changes in
the strings.

PS: I will remove of the leadership the translators that will not update their
language. A lagging translator prevents others to take the leadership.
