Hi all,

I have been trying to install trinity using "make" and also "sudo make" in my fedora 20 device but i keep getting the following error:

[lilianacano@loki trinityrnaseq_r20140717]$ sudo make

I also have installed the sudo yum groupinstall "Development tools" "Development libraries"
and have checked with gcc -- help that i got gcc installed

and  have also installed
 sudo yum groupinstall "ncurses-devel" "boost-devel"

Hi Liliana,

It looks like the installation of the tools is not complete as make is not finding either gcc or g++.

It could be that they are not in your path. What happens when you type gcc?
