Triggr install on Windows

I somehow managed to install trigger using pip install on windows.

However I do not see the csv ,xml and json files that can be used to create the inventory.

I also see only one global settings.py file. /etc/trigger cannot exist on windows so not sure what is the significance of this folder. I  tried changing it to c:/trigger but there is nothing populated in this folder.
