Sunday, April 23 at 2 PM

a Great Debate between Thomas Jefferson and Alexander Hamilton which dramatizes the conflicting ideas espoused by the two men, Witness founding fathers Thomas Jefferson (Steve Edenbo) and Alexander Hamilton (Eben Kuhns) as they debate their opposing interpretations of the U.S. Constitution. They will debate topics most relevant to their day and to ours: State versus Federal authority in government, the framing of the Constitution and its interpretation, and the people's voice in government; Jefferson's and Hamilton's differing viewpoints foreshadow the establishment of our two-party system and demonstrate how the need for compromise between two opposing factions resulted in the development of the imperfect, but ever evolving government we have today.
Jefferson & Hamilton are portrayed by historians/actors Steve Edenbo and Eben Kuhns of the American Historical Theatre.

What can you bring to swap:
Your extra seeds, seedlings and/or garden materials (pots, containers, tools, etc.)
And some food/drink to share...
Depending on what people have brought, we may have to give those who brought seeds/seedlings the opportunity to swap first. However, we expect that there will be enough for those who don’t bring seeds/seedlings to be able to get seeds/seedlings, and Teresa will have tomato plants for all!
