Earthship Presentation by Matthew Maltz
Monday, Oct. 17
7:00 pm
45 Monmouth Rd, Ocean Twp
Tea 4 U (tea4u.com)

Earthships are homes created from natural and recycled materials including aluminum cans, plastic bottles and used tires. These off-the-grid homes minimize their reliance on public utilities and fossil fuels by harnessing their energy from the sun and wind turbines.

Matthew Maltz is a young man who attended the Earthship Biotecture Academy in Taos, New Mexico this summer. He will discuss the 6 points of Earthship Biotecture and his experiences as a student at the Earthship Institute. Academy classes, labs, tours and hands-on construction techniques are led by founder Michael Reynolds and a staff of top Earthship builders, electricians, plumbers and plant specialists.
