Subject: Lincoln NG
Timo has created a webpage (https://www.portlandoregon.gov/transportation/75123) for our Lincoln NG project with an online survey and open house invitations. He’s out today and will be replacing the maps with the revised copies including the data for the section between 30th & 32nd when he returns.
Jeff has created the mailer which is going out as soon as I get final review comments from Hannah; it will be today or tomorrow.
I will be emailing this notification today to our ‘interested parties’ list which includes the NAs. Roger: do you want me to send this to the BAC or will you notify them?
Lastly, our open house event on November 8th is with TriMet, but we’re not saying this specifically in the notification. I will let anyone receiving an email know. And I don’t know what TriMet’s outreach is but I will find out, and get the details on the space before we arrive.
Thanks,
SP
