Has anything changed in this proposal since the last time it was supposed to be heard by council? I doubt it, but I don't know.

City Council to review Vision Zero Action Plan this Thursday
Plan includes specific steps to eliminate deaths and serious injuries by 2025
What to expect at City Council hearing
Portland City Council will consider adopting the draft Vision Zero Action Plan on 3 p.m., Thursday, December 1, at City Hall, 1221 SW 4th Ave.
The public hearing will include a short presentation followed by testimony from community members who helped create the plan through the Vision Zero Task Force.
Others who would like to speak can sign up at City Hall starting at 1 p.m. on the day of the hearing. Each person receives three minutes to speak in the order in which they are on the list. Community members interested in Vision Zero can pick up stickers, signs, pins, brochures and other materials about the program while at the hearing.
This week's hearing was originally scheduled for October, but was delayed due to unrelated protests at City Hall.
