Running Trac with mod_python (3.5.0)

For some time Trac has discouraged against using mod_python [1] because the project was terminated by the Apache Software Foundation [2]. I still see quite a few users running that 3.3.1 version of mod_python that was released in Feb 2007 (from users posting their configuration in tickets and on the mailing list [3]). I do not know whether there are any security concerns around running the old version.

Jun pointed out to me that the project has been revived [4]. I was just wondering if anyone was running this new version 3.5.0 and can say whether it works well with Trac.

Yes, it works

Apache/2.4.10 (Unix) SVN/1.8.9 PHP/5.4.30 mod_python/3.5.0-a09ab44
Python/2.7.5

I installed it in jan 2014 with Trac-1.0.1
