After update from version 1.8.0 to 1.8.1 or 1.8.2, when adding new files to the project I get the next error:

Commit failed (details follow):
File 'C:\Projects\delphi\gl8\imágenes\Notas anterior.bmp' is out of date
File 'imágenes/Notas anterior.bmp' already exists
You have to update your working copy first.

The file does not exists in repository, if I update the working copy and try again I get the same error.

If I uninstall 1.8.2 and install 1.8.0 everything runs fine again.

We have had discussions on this list about exactly the same issue. I reported it a few weeks ago. For me, it's fixed, but only because I went through the pain of upgrading our server from SVN 1.2.3 on Apache 2.0 to SVN 1.8.1 on Apache 2.2.

It's an incompatibility between svn client version 1.8.1 (and up) with older servers.

For details of what I posted and did, see the thread started by me here:

Yes. Those are the steps I did.

I wish I'd gone the 1.8.0 route. We went straight to 1.8.1.

Geoff
