Prevent kids from stopping a Service hosted with TopShelf

I've been unable to find how to configure the CanStop parameter to prevent the service from being stopped.

I am writing an application monitor for my kids, and I would like to prevent them from stopping the service.

I have already begun a process where another process monitors the service, but I would still like to remove the temptation for my older boys to find the service and stop it.

Just restrict the kids' permissions either to the system or to the service itself.
