Could not run rake script after pulling

I had to add the following two values before I could use the rake script.  My guess is they are supplied by a CI server?

FORMAL_VERSION = '5.5.5.5'

BUILD_VERSION = '5.5.5.5'

There are a few gems needed, SEMVER2 and another, and it generates those defines as part of the rake script.
